A lighthearted interpretation of Austin's ubiquitous armadillo.

Before Austin had it's new Convention Center, it was a real challenge  to compete with the large cities for meetings and conventions.

David Lord had the wonderful idea of creating art on pillowcases to make the point that Austin was the "Dream Site of Texas."  Participating hotels put the pillowcases on guest  beds... you can imagine the surprise and delight at this unusual approach.

Very high impact and a very modest budget!
